Writing about Y S Rajan is a delightful task. His bushy beard and Samsonean hair bear miraculous strength that ignite spark in the realm of his poetry. It provides pulpit to view Indian culture, people and their activities in depth that fascinates and enthralls the readers. Poems’ progress with virility and amazing illustration of crumbs produce vision to enlighten, inspire to have a mission, truth to adhere in every condition, cultivate selfless patriotic attitude, irrigate uncanny humanism, and adore beauty as there is a voice of God in poetry, so is the ingredient of humanism, poetry truth, truth beauty to become victim of hypnotizing and philosophical description of poems, and that is a Rajan’s vision which works on a mission.
